Integral or integrative psychotherapy is generally a short-term form of therapy, in which the client works in a process-based way to solve his or her problems. The therapist supports this by tailoring the therapy offer to the client's demand. In my case, that is Emotive Therapy as the basis for process-oriented work, possibly supplemented with other forms of therapy, if necessary for the client.
Integral psychotherapy is based on development at all levels. Charges are neutralized on a physical/somatic, emotional and spiritual/intuitive level, so that the interrupted movement can be picked up again. This results in insight and regained freedom of choice for the client.
The goal is to allow the client to take back control of his/her life based on his/her vision.
